Women's Healthcare & Wellness

The Phoenix AKARAMA Foundation will continue to raise community awareness of critical health issues impacting African-American women.

What we do

We primarily focus on breast cancer awareness and prevention, heart health, nutrition and wellness, and care for the caregivers.

How we do it

We host programs and learning opportunities that focus on early detection through mammograms, heart health, fitness activities, walking healthy eating/lifestyles and taking care of those who care for others.
